Hey there, I'm Janine.

EXECUTIVE COACH, FACILITATOR, CULTURE SHAPER.

I’m also a proud mum to four boys (two humans, two dogs) and partner to Chayne. The beach is my sanctuary, Fiji is my favourite holiday escape, and I’ll happily take off for a weekend camping trip when I can. Occasional long lunches and getaways with my girlfriends keep me sane, and depending on the time of day, you’ll usually find me with a chai latte or a glass of Prosecco in hand.

MY BACKGROUND

The power of leadership.

I started my career in HR and, with the support of my boss who mentored, coached, invested, and believed in me, I went from Administrator to People & Culture Director in 10 years. It showed me the power of being elevated as an individual, empowered in a team, and supported by a culture that brings out your best.

I also saw the opposite — ineffective leadership that drained cultures, eroded trust, and stripped the joy out of work. That’s when I knew: leadership isn’t just about KPIs. It’s about the experience people have every day — because that experience determines whether individuals, teams, and organisations succeed.

14 years of impact

Since 2011, I’ve run my own business partnering with professionals, teams, and organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing organisations — but what matters most isn’t the logos. It’s the ripple effect.

I’ve seen ambitious professionals step into bigger roles with confidence and clarity. I’ve helped teams move from busy and disconnected to aligned, collaborative, and high-performing. I’ve supported organisations to turn culture from “words on a wall” into lived behaviours that inspire people to join, stay, and give their best.

And here’s something I’m proud of: every single client has come through referrals or returned. Because when you align behaviour with impact, performance follows — and that’s change people can feel and see.

My purpose is clear: to elevate careers, empower teams, and shape cultures.

For me, it’s never just about titles, KPIs, or quick wins. It’s about creating leaders who deliver results and build cultures people want to be part of. I’m passionate about shaping the next generation of executive leaders and ambitious professionals who know that performance and culture go hand in hand.

My values and legacy guide how I show up as a coach, facilitator, and consultant. I build trust quickly, enabling shifts and progress to happen faster. I’m authentic and real, which means I don’t shy away from tough conversations or holding people accountable. I’m also an empath who can read a room, bring the right energy, and ask the right questions to move things forward.

I believe in leading with integrity, building capability with confidence, and creating workplaces where people, teams, and organisations thrive. That’s the work that excites me — and the impact I want to leave behind.
